Out of my Comfort Zone

So the day came.. I have to do it.

20th March 2016 : I have to pass the  Singapore Immigration in Davao International Airport, have to discuss the details needed in applying for a Social Visit Pass to Singapore. I have to provide details like my current work, location where I live, why I will be in Singapore. These details have been repeatedly in my mind for almost a month that it somehow kept my head pre-occupied and worried. Full of "what ifs" and "how will I" thoughts.

Finally after almost an hour of interrogation they let me pass. I have now my boarding pass and passport ready for the flight. I'm with my friend who's already working in Singapore.

The flight took 1hr and 5mins and yes.. I'm totally in a different country for the first time.

This is the ngiting-tagumpay! Haha!

Here I am, full of smiles; so happy and excited at around 11PM and packed with all the positivity and courage.

Yes, Irene's very supportive in taking a lot of pictures of me, making sure that I can document this leap of faith I am making.

In a queue for the Immigration Officer, preparing all the documents and all the details of my "short-stay" in Singapore.

They have I think  7/8 lines and 2 Immigration Officer in each line and a queue of at least 10-15 persons each line. Pretty Much.

After getting my 30-day stamp from the Officer, I have breathe normally after a whole day of heart-pounding experiences I had to admit was tough.

And so, we ate at Subway in the Changi Airport and now ready to go home to her flat. We took a taxi and arrived in Ang Mo Kio after 30 minutes.

We got home past midnight and now, exhausted and tired and ready for a good night sleep.
 It was quite a day.
